Aunt Butchie’s of Brooklyn – Marlboro was founded by Peter Marcolini in 2017. This location is the second destination with two major dining rooms – our main dining room as well as a catering facility. With a wide variety of deliciousness to choose from, you will be sure to enjoy the #MangiaExperience!

We are located at 430 US-9 N, Marlboro, NJ – 8 minutes from the Freehold Raceway and 25 minutes from the Metropark in Edison, NJ.

First of all our waitress Nicole was amazing always on point with service and a good sense of humor. The fried calamari was perfectly cooked. We all tasted each others dishes and they were all very tasty. Very very please with this place and will be coming back.

The staff was very friendly and attentive, and were very accommodating to my aunt who dined with us who has Celiac. The portions were huge, and the food was delicious! We will definitely go back!

The portions are big and its priced right. The food was delicious and made perfectly with that Italian flavor. The place was busy for a Sunday evening. I had the capellini with sea food fra diablo, broccoli rabe with sausage, buffalo calamari salad & a pear salad. For dessert we had pistachio tortufa with a delicious cappuccino. We are definitely going back.
